About Sales

1. What's your MOQ?
Different types of products have different minimum order quantities, please consult us for details.
2. What is your deposit percentage?
We usually charge 30% of the contract amount as a deposit and the remaining 70% as the balance.
3. Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

We provide one-stop services from design, production, packaging, inspection and logistics and OED/ODM integrated solution.

About Production

1. How long does it take to open the mold?

Usually it takes 5-15 days, depending on the complexity of the mold.

2. What's the standard length of your aluminum profiles be shipping?
The standard length of our aluminum profiles is 6 meters, we can cut to a specific length as you need.

3. What's the thickness for anodizing?
The normal thickness is about 10-12 um. We also can make the thickness according to your needs.

4. What color can you make for powder coating? What's thickness of powder coating?
We can make a variety of colors, and as long as you provide a color swatch, we can make any color. The normal thickness of the powder coating is 50-80um.

5. What's the lead time for production?

The specific lead time is subject to the order quantity, you can consult us for details. Usually, 10-15 days for normal orders and 25-30 days for mass orders.

6. What certification do you have? What's your standard?
We have ISO9001:2015 certification. Our standard is GB.

7. What about the packing?
Normally we use plastic film and kraft paper. We can also package according to your requirements.
